As a deterrent to the hiring of white people, the National Health Service (NHS) of the United Kingdom is forcing its interview panels to submit additional paperwork whenever a white person is hired explaining why a “minority” candidate was not chosen instead.
The Royal Free in north London has asked all staff members to compile a report every time a white person is hired explaining why the person is “more suitable for the position” than someone with dark skin. When dark people are hired, conversely, no such paperwork is required.
This rule incentivizes the hiring of only non-whites as it is not only easier to hire them but also does not come with the added burden of having to justify why they were hired – as if hiring white people is somehow wrong or offensive.
“This involves writing to the trust’s chief executive with proof on how the non-white applicant scored and coming up with suggestions on how the candidate can improve,” reported The Post Millennial. (Related: Back in March, the NHS announced that all Brits needed a fifth covid injection in order to stay “safe”.)
Part of the process also involves writing a special letter to the trust’s chief executive containing proof of how and why the non-white applicant was scored, as well as suggestions about how said applicant can improve to beat out a white person next time.
A senior source at the hospital described this racist policy as “a tick-box exercise” designed to use added bureaucracy as a means of preventing white people from being hired.
“When we discuss who the best applicant was after the interview, it’s not about their ethnicity,” this person explained.
“So justifying your decision based on where they might be from does take a lot of time because you have to reevaluate your decision from a completely different perspective, based on race rather than ability.”
The news comes as NHS trusts are being told to cut or flat-out eliminate all “diversity and inclusion” positions within the health system, which is struggling to stay above water.
Minister Sajid Javid demanded “urgent” action after it was discovered that more than £1 million (about $1.2 million) is being dished out annually to support these useless positions, which he described as “waste and wokery.”
Javid is pushing to eliminate all these “woke non-jobs” at UK hospitals in order to keep the health system from collapsing under the weight of its own leftism.
Previously, however, Javid was aggressively pushing covid injections via a UK program that he described as “phenomenal.” Javid stated that covid jabs have “saved countless lives and built a wall of defense which has allowed us to learn to live with covid.”
Javid also infamously stated that all Brits will need to take covid injections at intervals four times yearly for the rest of their lives in order to keep the disease at bay.
“Western countries have turned into theater of the absurd,” wrote one of our own commenters about these matters.
According to The Telegraph, the actual amount that NHS trusts are spending annually on diversity and inclusion positions is £8.2 million (nearly $10 million), which makes Javid’s call for these positions to be eliminated even more critical to the survival of the NHS.
“Patients want every penny of NHS cash to go into fixing the service, not hiking the management payroll and increasing the burden of woke box ticking,” said a source in Whitehall.
The rulers of many majority-white countries seem to all be pushing an anti-white agenda – and the UK is no exception. To keep up with the latest, visit AntiWhite.news.
