Another incident that can only be described as domestic terrorism took place in the Marxist enclave of Portland, Ore., on Saturday involving antifa thugs and cowards who have stepped up the violence from previous incidents.
In particular, at least some of the thugs may have used quick-drying cement in their attack, which contains chemicals that can cause severe skin burns, respiratory problems, and blindness.
As reported by The Gateway Pundit, independent journalist Andy Ngo, of Quillette, was covering another Portland antifa protest when he was violently attacked by thugs — all while police, once again, stood idly by.
The attack was so severe that Ngo was hospitalized with a brain bleed, according to attorney Harmeet Dhillon:
Update to @MrAndyNgo supporters — he is being admitted to the hospital overnight as a result of a brain bleed. You sick “journalists” and other hacks gloating about this should be ashamed. As for the rest, please pray for @MrAndyNgo who we need back in health — brave man!🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️ https://t.co/XYVy4EbIzv

At first, it was believed that Ngo was struck with a milkshake — the new rage of violent Left-wing lunatics in England when they attack conservative “Britain first” lawmakers and public figures. But later reports noted the substance seen thrown on Ngo in various videos of the attack was actually quick-drying cement.
Portland Police, who couldn’t stop the attack on Ngo, did manage to alert the public to this fact, however.
Police have received information that some of the milkshakes thrown today during the demonstration contained quick-drying cement. We are encouraging anyone hit with a substance today to report it to police.

Others tweeted photos of the cement being mixed and handed out (accessory to terrorism).
No DM… you can work out the rest from here.
The mixes were handed put by these: (Pop)ular (Mob)ilization (@PopMobPDX): https://t.co/JrTV5oyyeg

Ngo expressed apprehension about covering the event, noting that he had already been threatened with being “singled out” and physically assaulted.
I am nervous about tomorrow’s Portland antifa rally. They’re promising “physical confrontation” & have singled me out to be assaulted. I went on Tucker Carlson last year to explain why I think they’re doing this: They’re seeking meaning through violence. https://t.co/kpkESjsOmI pic.twitter.com/J45MMshyyK

Ngo has made a career out of covering antifa and other Left-wing anarchic thugs, so he is well-known to these cowards who are only brave enough to attack people who don’t fight back, and only in groups.
The incident infuriated U.S. Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell, who took to Twitter to call on the Justice Department to investigate the attack as a domestic terrorism incident, The National Sentinel reported.
“I have asked “@TheJusticeDept to investigate this incident in Portland. I can’t just sit by and watch my friend be brutally attacked,” he wrote.
“This was a pre-meditated attack on someone because intolerant radicals don’t like that Andy happens to be gay, Asian and conservative. They targeted him publicly before their protest. Mayor @tedwheeler knew this was coming. The people of Oregon must speak up today,” he added.

Though the U.S. senators from Oregon — Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley, both Democrats — have remained silent thus far, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) has not only spoken up for Ngo but he called for a federal investigation into Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler, a Leftist/Marxist who has, in the past, ordered his police department to stand down and let antifa thugs run wild over whomever they choose to victimize. (Related: Left-wing Antifa terrorists brutally assault journalist in Portland, throw cement “milkshakes” as kinetic weapons while police stand and watch.)
As NewsTarget reported in August 2018, Left-wing protesters calling themselves “Occupy ICE” blocked Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents and employees from entering their own facility. The demonstrators set up a ramshackle tent city in an adjacent parking lot, threatening and harassing ICE employees as they attempted to go to work.
Even after they were threatened with physical violence and called the Portland Police Bureau to lodge complaints, officers never showed up to take them:
Why? Because the department was ordered to stand down by Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler, who was quoted as saying by local media in June, “I do not want the Portland Police to be engaged or sucked into a conflict.”
“The policy being enacted by the federal government around the separation of very small children from their parents is an abomination,” Wheeler tweeted. “I want to be very clear I do not want the @PortlandPolice to be engaged or sucked into a conflict, particularly from a federal agency that I believe is on the wrong track, that has not fully lived American values of inclusion and is also an agency where the former head suggested that people who lead cities that are sanctuary cities like this one should be arrested.”
Wheeler was immediately called out by attorney Sean Riddell for his order.
“Your current policy forbidding Portland law enforcement agencies from assisting employees of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency who request law enforcement assistance while at or away from work is a violation of the United States Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause,” he wrote in a letter to Portland.
What is happening in Portland and other Leftist-run cities — aiding and abetting anarchy and terrorism — will only continue until force is met with force. And it doesn’t have to be physical; it can be legal.
Normally, we are not in favor of federal involvement in local law enforcement but this is different: This is terrorism, plain and simple, and even Barack Obama’s DHS and FBI saw antifa members as terrorists (though, of course, they didn’t prosecute anyone for it).
A couple of arrests and multi-year convictions for what are clear acts of domestic terrorism should take care of this. But somebody at the DoJ has to act first.
