If you are a woman who recognizes that transgender ideology is all about erasing your existence, then you are no longer welcome to use Dictionary.com, which recently announced that it stands against so-called “trans-exclusionary radical feminists,” or TERFs.
In a recent tweet, Dictionary.com put up a modified image of the universal symbol for women with a slash through it along with the caption, “Beware the TERF.” The denigrating term TERF coupled with the slashed-out female symbol broadcasted loudly and clearly the Dictionary.com position that biological women are now “canceled,” at least as far as the English language is concerned.
After receiving considerable backlash for its anti-woman stance, Dictionary.com later modified its tweet to remove the altered female symbol, leaving “Beware the TERF” intact. But it was already too late, as many had seen the original offending tweet and taken note of its implications.
“They’ve changed the crossed-out female logo,” tweeted one user alongside comparative images of the two tweets. “Too late, you awful misogynists, too late.”
According to Dictionary.com, TERF “is an acronym for ‘trans-exclusionary radical feminism’ or ‘trans-exclusionary radical feminist.'” In other words, it is a patently degrading term used by transgender activists to malign all women who refuse to accept that biological men can become “women” simply by getting surgery and dressing in women’s clothing.
As you may recall, Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling was blasted by the left for being a TERF. Rowling tweeted back in June that only biological women can menstruate – a scientific fact – combating the newfound idea that all types of “people” can menstruate.
“If sex isn’t real, there’s no same-sex attraction,” Rowling wrote in a follow-up tweet, defending her position against the LGBTQ mob.
“If sex isn’t real, the lived reality of women globally is erased,” she added. “I know and love trans people, but erasing the concept of sex removes the ability of many to meaningfully discuss their lives. It isn’t hate to speak the truth.”
For years, real women have been getting systematically pushed out of women’s sports and other female spaces by transgender “women” who are really just mentally ill men with altered hormones and/or body parts. And the few women who have bravely spoken out against this trend of trans insanity have faced an onslaught of hatred by those who ironically claim to be anti-hate.
If you are a woman who does not want to be erased from existence by the trans cult, then you are a worthless TERF, according to the Cult of LGBTQ. You quite literally have no value, according to the left, if as a woman you want to maintain your dignity and uniqueness from men, and not be lumped into the same category as the mentally deranged who “self-identify” as “women.”
The so-called Trans Journalists Association is also pushing to transform journalism into an anti-woman cult by discouraging the use of exclusively female words and phrases in news articles. The goal is to eradicate “anti-trans hate” from all news coverage, “hate” meaning any criticism of the trans agenda.
This includes axing words like “women” and “females,” which the Cult of LGBTQ now sees as “offensive” to transgenders who disdain concepts like biological sex. CNN, for instance, reporting on new guideline changes issued by the American Cancer Society for cervical cancer screenings, is now using the phrase “individuals with a cervix” rather than women to describe the target audience.
